How Payment Works
When you have finished selecting your products, proceed to the shopping cart and click checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping details, then select your preferred payment method from the options above. Complete the payment by entering your card details or logging into your PayPal account. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase.
Currency
All prices on our website and all transactions are settled in United States Dollars (USD) . The amount you see at checkout is the amount charged in USD.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through a secure SSL encrypted connection. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Card transactions are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors. PayPal payments are completed through PayPal’s own secure checkout environment, and we do not receive your PayPal login credentials.
No Hidden Charges
The checkout total you see is the final amount charged. We do not add shipping fees (shipping is free), handling fees, or any other undisclosed charges. Steelserieslife does not collect sales tax.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You will receive a notification from the payment provider, and you may retry with a different payment method. If the amount was temporarily held by your bank but the order was not completed, the hold is typically released within 3–5 business days by your bank.
